renovated our two bathrooms in June 2006. From the outset he was professional and easy to work with. A fixed price quote and timelines were established up front and David stuck to them. He was helpful, always suggesting alternatives and better ways to do things, and accommodating of our last minute design changes.

Davids strength is his project management skills. He did a wonderful job of coordinating the numerous tradesmen that were required to complete the

bathrooms

. He did an excellent job of keeping us apprised of status and next steps and minimising the impact of the renovations on our day to day activities.

David is engaged and enthusiastic and has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service, long after his responsibilities are over. Recently another tradesman called us on a Friday night, for a job that was to start Monday morning and had failed to organise a mini-skip. We simply called David and he worked with us over the weekend to have a mini-skip at our home on Monday morning.

Some 18 months ago I was gathering quotes for bathroom and kitchen renovations in our Northbridge home which involved the removal of a structural wall.

Flipping through the classifieds in the North Shore Times I happened to notice an ad for Tranquil Bathrooms. I took pot luck and rang David Khamis from Tranquil Bathrooms and pot luck turned out to be a pot of gold.

David submitted a competitive quote and he left me with a feeling of absolute confidence in his ability. His team was efficient, professional, reliable and caring. Throughout the project David constantly kept me informed. He was always punctual and had the job done in exactly the time frame which he had nominated.

I was thrilled with the end result.

I had no hesitation in recommending David to my mother when she recently purchased an apartment which needed a new bathroom and kitchen. The work he did was stunning.

I have also recommended him to friends and colleagues all of whom now hold the same high opinion of David as I do.

We bought and sold 12 months ago and I have once again called upon David to carry out some minor bathroom renovations in our new home.

RE: BATHROOM & LAUNDRY RENOVATIONS

In about July 2006, we engaged Tranquil Bathrooms to carry out a complete overhaul of our main bathroom, as well as some renovation work to our second bathroom / laundry.

From the outset, David Khamis of Tranquil Bathrooms was incredibly professional. During his first inspection of our place, he not only provided us with great advice and tips (which we eventually relied on), he provided photos of works he had completed as well as names and numbers of recommended suppliers. This type of advice and assistance was truly invaluable for people who had never renovated before.

We were incredibly impressed with the fact that throughout the renovation, David and his team kept our place incredibly clean and tidy. Also, they were extremely courteous to and considerate of our neighbours to the point that one neighbour even commented on it!

At the outset, David provided us with a programme for the works. It was very clear early on that when David said something would be done by a certain date, it would be done, without fail. But on top of that, on several occasions, David went out of his way to help us out. For example, towards the end of our renovations, we decided we wanted to repaint the second bathroom ourselves. We had never done that before so we were a little anxious. Of his own accord, David contacted his painter, and obtained a quote for us. We eventually had our second bathroom painted be Davids painter, during the renovations and without affecting the anticipated date of completion.

Overall, David and his team did a spectacular job for us our bathrooms look absolutely fantastic! We could not be happier with the quality of the work that has gone into to these renovations. David was honest and upfront with us the entire time and allowed us to feel 100% confident in his teams ability. He made a process which could have been a nightmare, totally stress free and for this, we are extremely grateful. We could not more strongly recommend Tranquil Bathrooms for any renovation works and will definitely be in contact with David should we need anything else done!

I can thoroughly recommend Tranquil Bathrooms. From the very professional quotation to the workmanship and service provided and the follow up service.
